Plots

The View Plots options displays this window. Above is a sample start of focus run where the focuser was ~200 microns outside of ideal focus. The Roundness report gives the raw numbers that FocusLock uses to maintain focus. This is needed if you are calibrating the system. The Current pair shows the values from the last measurement. The Average shows the values averaged across the number of frames. The SNR gives the current signal to noise ratio in dB and the frame number gives the number of guide images used in this run. The top plot gives the focuser's position as a function of frame and the bottom gives the average and current relative roundness, as well as the statistical limits. Clear plots will erase the plots. See the theory section for a more detailed explanation of what these numbers mean.
